Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner's website.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
